• How fast can I expect an offer on my property?

We’ll aim to contact you as quickly as possible and arrange an evaluation of your property. Once we’ve gathered the information we need, you can expect an offer within 24 hours.

  • Do you have any options available to me if my property has been repossessed?

We can help you in the early stages of repossession if there is equity in your property or if you would consider entering a partnership agreement.

  • Am I obliged to accept an offer straight away?

There is no obligation or pressure to accept the offer we make you instantly, it’s valid for up to 30 days based on your individual situation.

  • How much can I expect to get for my property?

You can expect up to 80% to 100% of the market value for your property, with no added fees to pay. This depends on the type of property you are selling.

  • How quickly will I receive the cash following the sale of my home?

The cash funds will be electronically transferred to your solicitors to transfer onto your account on the same day.

  • Can you help me if my home is due to be repossessed tomorrow?

You can contact us immediately with details of the bank/ building society repossessing your house and the solicitor dealing with the repossession and we will be able to help you.

  • Are there any fees involved?

There are no fees involved as we buy your property for cash, so you avoid the cost of an estate agency. We promise no hidden charges for our service and we’ll also cover your legal fees.

  • Will anyone be aware of the sale?

The sale of your home is confidential. By selling through Easy Sold you’ll avoid a sign outside your house or advert online.

  • Will I need a solicitor?

Like any other property transaction, a solicitor will be required to complete all the legal formalities. If you don’t have a solicitor, we can recommend one to you.

  • Is the opportunity to buy back?

We offer the opportunity to buy your home back, for up to 2 years later. At the time of selling your home to us, we’ll agree a price with you that will remain the same for the duration of the buy back option. However, there is no obligation to buy your home back if you don’t want to.

  • Will I be able to continue living in my home after I've sold it to you?

As an understanding company with your best interests at heart, we’ll gladly give you a few months to organise yourself and make the necessary arrangements after you’ve sold your property to us.

  • How do you differ from an estate agency?

We specialise in direct private sales of properties. The service is similar to arranging a private sale with another individual but we’ll save you the money of advertising your property. You won’t have the risk of a broken property chain and you’ll avoid the lengthy house selling process and fees associated.

  • Will there be loads of paperwork?

We’ll talk to your solicitor and existing mortgage or loan company to take care of most of the paperwork on your behalf. You’ll just need to sign an agreement with us as well as the usual legal documents involved in the sale of a property.
